Your Space
The private guest suite features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a two-person heated spa overlooking the rolling hills. It is semi-detached from our main home with a completely separate, private entrance on the left side and a designated visitor parking space, ensuring full comfort and privacy for our guests.
The owners are located right next door, please message us. We are available to assist you at any time during your stay.

Separate used Nespresso coffee pods : They are going to dedicated recycling program to have a second life. The coffee grounds are used in soil mix for landscaping while aluminium is returned to the aluminium industry to make new products.

Separate general waste, recycle and 10c mark items. Our cleaner will take them to Container for Change bin.

Welcome to Bickley Tree Stay – our little slice of paradise in the Perth Hills.
We’re Annie and Paul, the team behind Bickley Tree Stay. Our journey began with a love of nature, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for people looking to escape the everyday.
Living on the property ourselves, we know firsthand how special this place is. Surrounded by wineries, orchards, forests, and walking trails, it’s the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. We’ve poured our hearts into making Bickley Tree Stay not just accommodation, but a home away from home for our guests.
Our goal is simple: to provide comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality while respecting the beautiful environment we live in. From eco-friendly choices to thoughtful details, we do our best to make every stay enjoyable and sustainable.
When we’re not welcoming guests, you’ll find us tending to the property, exploring the hills, or sharing a glass of local wine on the deck. We feel lucky to call this place home and even luckier to be able to share it with you.
